Incorrect charges are levied on my latest postpaid bill (7 Jul to 6 Aug 22) related to international roaming.
I activated the international roaming plan and did not use the service over the course of my international trip so this charge shouldn't be applied on my account.
It was said during the conversion that enabling international roaming is free. Only if you activate a daily plan and use it in the destination country then it will be charged to you. However, the company has charged the first day cost on my bill even though I have not utilized the service. Was this information helpful? |
