Vodafone — ivr | |||||
My complain may be very short. I think vodafone has barred my number form there customer care. I am trying to contact vodafone customer care since last 1 week but i am not able to do this the reason there ivr is not allowing me to speak to them. When ever i am pressing 9 to speak to customer care there ivr automatically get reset and reppets the same old script . And the fact that there t&c is not maintained anywhere for a particular recharge soni need to speak to them. Plz help me just to know why they have barred my numbers Was this information helpful? | |||||
