[Resolved] Vodafone — Juiceup pack activated without knowledge | |
I don't even know what Juiceup pack is. I got message Juiceup pack has been activated and Rs35 has been deducted on 27th May 2020. The message went unnoticed by me, and since then, they have been deducting Rs35 every week. I have lost 35+35+7(That was the remaining balance)=77Rs till today(10th June 2020). Tried to get Help from Vodafone customer care. They kept saying "I only have activated it". When I asked What action/step did I take to activate it, they have no answer. I want my money back. Similar incident has happened with me for "Value Addded Service" as well. Vodafone please stop these non-sense things and looting your customers. Was this information helpful? | |
