[Resolved]  Vodafone Karnataka — Improper Bill

Dear Vodafone Team, My name is Dhiraj Khare and I am using two different numbers of vodafone karnataka from last two years. [protected] and [protected]. I have called my vodafone relationship manager last month to get 3G plan activated on my number [protected], but i came to know that vodafone is not able to do that in karnataka and he forced me to use 2G connection without any charges (please note without any additional charges -- he confirms) Now, when I saw my bill it was unusually high i believe there is some thing wrong. Hence, i request an audit for the system and given me a revised report. Any delay in this action will force me to launch a consumer complaint against vodafone. Also, do not expect me to pay the bill without audit report, please note. Expecting a quick response. Regards, Dhiraj Khare
