Vodafone — Look @ it service automatically enabled

I just started using Vodafone two days back and they started deducting balance by activating look @ it service and costumer care executive is saying that I have activated it via internet but I didn't activated any service I just use the sites that I use regularly but it didn't happened before how only this time it started activating services.
