My number [protected] with Vi got disconnected at 6.30 pm on Friday, 24.06.2022 with out any intimation to me.
I have been contacting their call center to reactivate my number for the last three days but still not resolved.
I visited their store in Sheshadripuram Bangalore on 25.06.2022 and they gave me a new SIM but that is also not working.
Today I contacted their call center again but they are unable to provide any solution.
I have been using this number for the past 20 years and now I am finding it very difficult to manage with out the phone connection. Was this information helpful? |
