Vodafone — Mobile no. [protected]. outgoing calls service stopped for non-payment of Rs.0.44pc bill amount. | |||
After porting from Vodafone to Idea I was asked to pay mobile bill of Rs. 150.44 by earlier service provider. As per recent policy amount below 50 paise is treated as zero and 50 paise and above is rounded off to Re.1/-. As such, the amount of Rs.0.44 paise was not payable by me, so I paid the bill of Rs. 150/-. Unfortunately, Vodafone took out their grudge by stopping outgoing calls in my mobile from last two days. I paid Re 1/- on 13.8.16. The outgoing services are still nonfunctional. This action by Vodafone was only taken because of my number portability from Vodafone to Idea. This is a matter of serious concern. I request your authority to kindly take action against the company as I am also eligible for compensation which needs to be paid by Vodafone for such a big lapse from their side. I have faced serious problems in absence of outgoing calls non-functionality. I am still unable to make contacts with anyone till my outgoing becomes active.
