I am very frustrated with vodafones service and writing this complaint. I had a company connection which I raised a request for changing to personal. On 19th January I raised request, and yesterday ie 28th Jan my company SIM got disconnected. And personal connection is not activated till now. Now I don't have a mobile connection. I should say very pathetic service. I'm following up with their store manager but till now nothing has been resolved. Need your help to get this resolved ASAP.
