Hi Consumer Complaint team,
Today I have recharged by IDEA sim for 179 INR through VI(Vodafone Idea) app but after waiting for 8 hours, still the recharge is not successful but amount has been debited from my account.
Attached the debited screenshot and recharge history, please notify Vodafone idea and hoping to get refund so that I can recharge it again.
