[Resolved] Vodafone — Mobile shield claim not getting approved after several followups. | |
Hi, i am a long standing vodafone customer who has been using vodafone connection for the past 10 years. Last yeari opted for the free mobile shield handset insurance from vodafone as i am a vodafone red customer. This year on 24th july 2020 i submitted a claim for a broken back cover repair with all the required documents. As per the standard timeline the claim should have been approved in 5-7 days, however it has been over a month since i submitted the claim and it is yet to be approved. I contacted their customer care, which has an un-usually high wait time on the call and the call back never happens. I have tried to explain the same thing twice over the call and even after assurance from their customer care executives no action has been taken yet. This is so frustrating that i am even considering porting my number to some other carrier. Please have my claim looked at urgently. Was this information helpful? | |
