My son visited montenegro, podgorica with mobile number [protected]. Only for one call, sms and 2 videos, vodafone has charged rs 3, 68, 000/- bill for march, 2020. I am shocked to know this huge bill. International roaming was not activated so the local charges of montenegro was added to the bill. Please kindly take up the matter at higher level to help me.
