Vodafone - Mumbai — Charge for service of blackberry internet plan charges | |||||
Hi Team I am vodafone user of last 10 years. I want to register compliant against Company regarding extra charge for blacberry internet plan which i already disconnected on 25.4.16 on call. Voda can check their call detail of 25 04.16. But continously they charged for service which um not using. I check my last bill on 23rd jun on app which was generated on 20th june 16 in which voda charge for blackerry internet plan and lodge a compliant against this issue in voda call centre. This time service was deactivated. But voda not ready to accept their mistake and not ready to reverse extra charges. I am paying my all bill on time without any delay and short payment. This time i want my extra charges back from voda because its completly a mistake of voda telecaller. So why should bear this extra cost because of voda staff. Was this information helpful? | |||||
