[Resolved] Vodafone, Mumbai — post paid sim card | |||
Last week one of the vodafone agent came to my house and described a plan to convert prepaid number to post paid. Then he collected documents and money to activate the new plan. He informed I will get new sim 2 days and will receive a call back for verification. I got verification call but did not receive sim. i contacted vodafone customer care but they are saying we do not have information on it. They are just transferring my call to different representatives. 10 times they transfered my call with no help. Was this information helpful? | |||
