[Resolved] Vodafone — New prepaid sim, no signal since purchase | |
I purchased a prepaid sim from Vodafone website and did a payment of 647. The sim was handed over to me on[protected], but after 2 days and multiple request by calling customer care and Vodafone store, the sim is not yet active, Vodafone people keep saying wait for 3 hours, wait till 12 AM, wait for 4 hours, but still after 2 days there are no signal in sim, they say call 59059 to activate sim as it’s in tele verification stage, but how can I call if there are no signals, my alternate number is [protected].
