Vodafone — New sim card not delivered and refund issued yet | |||||
Hi, I have Ordered a sim card for emergency usage few days back on march 2020 but still not received and no update. amount fully paid online. Order ID: DCHD[protected] I could have walked directly to the vodafone store and done this myself. Sim card not delivered yet after servral followup no update and I request to issue my entire refund amount and Vodafone has to pay me penalty of 10000 amount for not delivering new sim after payment accepted.
