[Resolved] Vodafone Nirman Vihar Store — Bad behavior and not satisfactory answer | |||
Hi, I was using vodafone prepaid number [protected] suddenly after using it for few months my number got disconnected. I got to know from customer care that more than 10 number has been assigned in my name and TRAI has disconnected my number due to some regulatory rule. I was shocked as I was just aware of this number and have no idea of other numbers. I asked customer care person to give me the list of numbers so that I can file a complaint and get other numbers blocked as other numbers are using fraudently using my address/id proof. Person replied that they can't provide the number and I should contact near by vodafone store for the resolution. I reached vodafone nirmaan vihar store on 7th of sept 2013 but no body was aware of the process, after discussion with few employees Neeraj sent mail to someone about my issue and asked me to follow up after few days. Since then I was following up with no response from anyone. Today on 24th oct when I reached store, I met Neeraj and was surprised to know that still they don't have any details of other numbers. On his request I met Sachin (Store manager) and was very disappointed with his response. Very rudely he said to me " kisne bheja apko yahan, yeh yahan se pata nahi chalega. hume kya pata apne kahan kahan apna id proof baata hai" (who send you to this store, we can't do anything on this. How can we know to whom all you have given your id proof.) We can reactivate your number if you want. I just want to know that being a store manager, he don't know how to talk to their customers? If this can not be tracked from vodafone customer care and vodafone store that how many numbers are against my name and proof then where should I go? The lady Neha at store does'nt do anything except for checking the token and she is so rude that I would never like to visit the store again. I haven't seen her working on her desk (in my 5-6 visit) except roaming and if someone asks her a question then the very first reply from her is "where is your token? they will call you according to that" Vodafone has lost one of his customer from today, and I would like to bring into vodafone notice that if any fraud happens with any number against my name, then I am not responsible for that as currently I am not using any number of vodafone. Also i would like to bring into notice of higher management of vodafone to keep some polite and humble person at their store not like Sachin and Neha, as this is highly competitive world and people of lots of other options. As per TRAI, multiple numbers that have been on a subscribers name and in deactivated mode, can be reactivated by submitting your ID proof, address proof, two photographs at any Vodafone Store.
