I have a VI SIM which I have been using for 6 years now . Off late, I have been facing issues on my network connectivity.
I have been able to make OUTGOING calls from my mobile, but from the past 3 days I am unable to receive any INCOMING calls or SMS.
I have tried connecting to VI several times, their customer service is pathetic. Its very painful to go through their IVR to connect to their Customer Executive and their replies are equally pathetic.
I have been struggling, even the Vodafone Store people are clueless about it.
Request you to look into the matter urgently as it is hampering my work calls significantly. Was this information helpful? |
