I am writing is email as I have extremely frustrated with my service. My Vodafone number is +[protected] and it has a roaming pack activated. I am in Dubai and from past 1 month, there is no internet service coming on my phone. I have contacted you guys several times over WhatsApp, have done troubleshooting several times and nothing has helped and now I am tired of it. I would like to get my refund on my bill of entire Dec to date as I haven’t received the service you promised to deliver. Also please advise once it is done I would like to transfer my number to another provider and disconnect derives immediately
