[Resolved] Vodafone — no phone network for last 44 hours | |||
I was trying to get my prepaid converted in to post paid connection. I had already confirmed two times it before signing the papers that they will not cut my network since I am work for my office from home. And it is shame that after promising they cut my connection on Thursday and Friday and it is still not working. It has caused me a lot of trouble and i have missed lots of work. I am not satisfied with the service at all. I kept calling vodafone customer care from my sisters phone to fix my problem but first it takes very long to pick up phone but whenb they do they seem not bothered at all. I also spoke to naveen and naresh from vodafone about it . They said agent was not available yesterday (Friday) and today when I have another sim its not working again. I need an explaination if they treat all their custemor the same way. First they call so many times for various offers and once you pay them and ask for service no one is bothered to fix customer's problem Was this information helpful? | |||
