I had done recharge of Rs. 200 each on my children phones, their Vodafone nos. being [protected] & [protected]
This was done through my Kotak bank credit card on 15.6.2015. The 2 transactions are reflecting in my credit card statement in the name of:
ACCELYST SOLUTIONS PVT MUMBAI IN, Spends area - Departmental Store for RS. 200 & Rs. 200.
Till date there is no credit on the 2 phones.
This was the 1st time I was using Free Charge & the experience is not at all satisfactory.
Please do the needful.
