I recharged for [protected] on 21st august, 2023, 11:03am for 719 rs through Bhim upi.The amount got deducted from my bank account.But no such recharge was done by Vodafone.I was told the amount would be refunded and credited to my bank account within 7 days.But as of 18th September, no amount has been credited to my bank account.I have sent countless emails regarding this to [protected]@ Vodafone idea.com.I also shared the screenshot of Vodafone which clearly mentions they have received the money.I also shared my bank account statement for the same with them.But no resolution till date.They tried to blame it on the bank that the money lies with them.But, I checked with the bank regarding the same .They showed me on their computer that the money has been successfully credited to Vodafone. Also the customer care executives of Vodafone on 199 are not helpful at all .They put the phone on hold for 30 to 45 min pretending to be transferring the call to some senior executive and then just Disconnect.I have to explain the whole thing from scratch every time I call on 199.I am sharing my transaction details with u .Hope u could help me with this.Transaction id[protected].my contact no [protected].my email id Shripal.[protected]@gmail.com.
