[Resolved] Vodafone — Not allowing to port my mobile to different service provider

Whenever I tried to send SMS "PORT " to 1900, I receive following message. There is no outstanding amount against my number.
UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.
I'll appreciate if this issue is resolved.
