[Resolved] Vodafone — Not closing my post paid mobile connection and making me to pay minimum charges every month | |||
I am contacting the customer care to close my connection. every time retention team will not update anything and they will close the ticket without any action . Last time when I threatened to raise legal suit against them, retention team update to close the connection in the Complain number [protected]. Now again they are saying back end team did not respond they will raise the another request. What is going on in Vodafone. They are herracing. If we don't pay bill they will send legal notice to pay bill but when we are asking to close the connection they are not doing it. One of the worst post paid service i have ever used.
