Vodafone — Not getting security deposit amount

Sir/mam, I converted my Vodafone no.([protected]) In to prepaid from postpaid on 23-may-2014 at Vodafone store, marris road, Aligarh. But still I don't get my security deposit rs. 250, they said I'll get my security deposit in 3 months but now it's one year and I didn't receive my money, And when I call them they are not telling me properly.
