Vodafone — Notification to pay bill for another user and my IR service gets barred

Hi,
Since last 5 months I am getting notification to clear outstanding bill for some other number. And immediately 2 days after that my International Roaming service gets barred. I have raised SR several times and vodafone apologizes for this mistake and resume my service but the same story gets repeated following month.

Impact: I can't use internet banking for 20 days a month

Desirable resolution?: Vodafone should unlink that wrong number against my number and email id and catch hold of the real person who was holding that number

Complaint against Vodafone team: The backend team is so pathetic and arrogant that they don't even see the details I mentioned in SR and just keep closing the tickets asking me to clear the outstanding amount on the number which was never ever mine.
