I had a VAS(Value added Service Charge) charge of Rs 369 + GST on my mobile bill. On checking Customer care was informed no VAS is active on my mobile number.
On calling customer care I was informed the VAS additional charge on my bill is due to my calling a special number 53516, which I have not called and asked them to bar any special number calling facility on my number. They have indicated that they cannot bar Special number calling. I have asked for reversal of this charge. The customer care executive has not confirmed reversal and put matter under investigation. I have also informed that no additional or late payment charge should be applicable to me as matter is under investigation. Was this information helpful? |
