Vodafone — Overcharging in every month bill cycle for the services that was ever never used. | |||
I purchased Vodafone post paid connection in Oct 2015. I am facing the issues with Vodafone as every month they are charging for the services that i had never ever used. Every month Vodafone customer care repeat the same story that you had made call to special number even though i have never made such calls. In bill cycle[protected] to[protected], Vodafone charged more than Rs. 240 and when i asked for to disclose the number, Vodafone told that sir you have not opted for itemized bill so we can tell you only few digit. This month (April 2016), it is height of over charge. Vodafone charged me for more than Rs. 1200 and Vodafone repeating the same story. This time i opted for, itemized bill and Vodafone told me that i made calls to num. 517170 more that 140 min on[protected] @ 4:20 PM. Vodafone, i was in office and no one is so free in office to call for 140 min. I called the same number from my friend’s number (that is also Vodafone num.) and message from operator is...THIS NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST As per my knowledge, No phone calls can be made to the number that does not exist and please stop this random bill printing at your own will.
