[Resolved] Vodafone — Overcharging on the last bill | |||
I have been a vodafone customer for 12 years, but the network has taken a dive with their services off later. I was not able to make call and relying on stable wifi connection for making whatsapp calls heck i was not even getting otp texts. After complaining about the service for 4 months i finally decided to port the number. Which takes 5 days but here vodafone again made it difficult and finally after constant follow ups an escalations i finally got the number ported after almost 15+ days. To my surprise i was given a bill higher than normal full cycle bill, on checking i realized they have charged me for all the delayed days as well inr 150 as international roaming charges. Plus i am getting calls from various division for the money, i was surprised at how persistent these guys were and not to be found when i was asking for resolution.
