[Resolved] Vodafone — Overwright the newly recharged interpack of 2 Gb by providing 500 Mb data after payment of actual pack without any information | |||
My nameis upasna. My mobile number is [protected], i belong to to gujarat . I have recharge for an interpack for 2 Gb data in vodafone and made the payment of the same. After some time. The company overight my actual pack and provided me the pack of 500 Mb. On talk with the vodafone executives, they.told me that the offer was provided to me for the purchase of new mobile. I informed them that i have purchased my mobile 2 Months back and inserted the same sim card. But at that time the company do not provided me any offer. How can a company provide any offer when an exisiting offer is running in my sim card without my confirmatipn. The company had charged me full amount for the pack that i wanted and didnt provide me the same. Its fraud with the consumer. They cannot overwright my pack by charging full cost. Thanks to consumer court. My problem is resolved. Vodafone have refunded me half my amount.
