[Resolved] Vodafone — Paid my outstanding bill but services are still barred. | |
We had an outstanding bill in our Vodafone number, so they had barred all outgoing and incoming services including text messages and calls. We paid the full amount of the bill on 7/7/20. Even the Vodafone customer cares says that the outstanding amount is ₹0.00p but yet none of the services have been activated, not even text messages to receive important OTPs. Vodafone customer care isn't connecting me with an actual customer care executive to speak with, but I need that number to be active. Customer care says I have no activated plan. Verified Support Jul 15, 2020 Vodafone India Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We have tried contacting you at 05:19 PM, However, there seems to be no response from your end. As per our records your bill for the month 20 June 20 - 5 July 20 amount was 411.82 and you have done the payment 410.89 and balance showing 0.93.
