I received from vodafone service executive to change the plan because I want to do portability.
I refused their request and said I dont want to change the any plan because I already requested for portabilty.
But they changed my plan from 349 to 399 P.M.
Without my permission.
Now I called so many times in customer care they says only that without you permission no one can do.
I said I have call recording of that I refused you proposal still They are not changing my Plan.
Even after Clear payment they rejected my Portability request with reason that Payment due.
Vodafone is very bad company.
I attached some pics of bill payment and porting request.
I got message about bill on 06/08 of 401 rs and on 07/08 I paid bill of 410 rs it means I added 8.57 rs more and nxt day again pain 59 rs more In short I paid 67 rs extra in my account.
I requested for portability on 09/08.
And on 12/08 I got message that you request is rejected due to payment due. I called to customer care I got such type of message then he said dnt wry there is no issue no any problems for you request You will get portability on 14th august but still I didnt get it.
Today I called and they are Saying on 9th august your 120 rs payment is due but I already paid then how can Such type of mistake can be happen?
After this on 12 th august My plan was also changed without m permission.
I can attach audio file but there is no option for that.
