Vodafone — Plan change without explaining any details of new plan | |||||
My no.- [protected] For 2 months I was trying to reduce my plan without any data services. First i was told to wait for the 90 days period after which then I was told to wait for the bill cycle, then when I call again they say there is no plan available for my number. after few call I was told the plan would change after some days. now it got changed to Rs 199 calling with Rs 199 data on 20/10/16 and I was not told of this plan and the additional charge of the free calling number. I didn't receive any call from the executive regarding all details of my new plan also when I talked to executive at Vodafone store, I was told there was additional Rs 49 charge for a number for which calling was free. this number was included in my previous plan, so the plan is actually increased by 50 that is Rs 449 When I tried to migrate my number to prepaid today, I am paying Rs 400 just for a 3 day period . I have not even used any data for the past week. You are charging alot and keep on increasing my bill for no fair reason. I want you to nullify the bill plan as Was this information helpful? | |||||
