[Resolved] Vodafone — poor network and data speed | |
From last many months, there is very poor service provided by vodafone. In the name of 4g we hardly get data speed of more than 100 kbps. Have been highlighting the issue with vodafone customer care, nodal and appellate team for months now. There is no resolution. From last 2 years we are getting same response from vodafone that network optimization is planned in the future. We are getting this response.in between the problem gets solved and we get get good speed, but then after few weeks, its just the same story - poor data speed and frequent call drops. Moreover, they keep on closing the complaint without fixing anything Please look into it.
