Vodafone — Poor Network as well as very pathetic attitude by Customer Care Services Head o[censored].P.East Circle | |
We have been facing too much problems with Vodafone Services regarding poor network since the past 2 months. Verbal complaints then personal visit to their office and complaints over e-mail have not helped us. Finally searched their website for contact details of their Customer Care Services Head o[censored].P. East Circle, which displays Mr. Vinay Saxena. We called on the given mobile number and narrated our problem, some person named ROHIT attended the call and assured that our problem would be resolved by 16th July 2020 5p.m. That too was just a false assurance. Again called on 17th July, but another person answered the call and again wanted me to narrate the whole story once again to him. When we asked for the person (ROHIT) who spoke to us earlier, he was un-available. Every time I have called, the mobile number of Customer Care Head is picked up by different persons and he is un-available. Really ridiculous and disgusting state of affairs. We are now left with the only option of porting our connection to another service provider. Was this information helpful? | |
