I had a family plan with 2 connections, I got one number removed, and it's only mine which is still showing in the family plan. I have been constantly visiting the store and calling so many times to the customer care since the last days, but they are just unable to remove my number from the family plan. They've kept me added as the primary number. They are just not removing my number from the plan because I've already tried sending the port out request which eventually fails. Whenever I send an sms for port out, it just shows "UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance." The people in Vi are intensionally doing it, and they just don't want to help.
