Vodafone — Porting issue | |||||
I ported my number from idea to vodafone. Number is successfully transferred to vodafone on 10:12pm 26 march 2016, i got confirmation smss from both idea and vodafone(On alternative number). 1.) and still after 36 hours, my number is not active and i cannot use it. 2.) called vodafone agents at least 2-3 dozen times, and they always comes up with some new and creative reasons for not activating my number. They keep re-asking for the same information like my name, number, sim number, and address(Like they don't have it already). 3.) first it took 3 weeks to verify my address. I gave him my address 4-5 times, and he still manages to reach to an incorrect address, because their agents don't understand basic english like an address.
