Dear Sir,
I am using Vodfone Postpaid SIM more than two years. Three months back (Jan - 2022) I requested Vodafone customer care to deactivate my postpaid SIM card. They asked me to clear the dues. I have done it. Then they replied "we will block your SIM card today". But, they didn't done. Even they are not responding to my messages on WhatsApp.
Then next second day again Vodafone postpaid bill was generated and they are asking me to pay the bill. Now I am getting contineously calls from Vodafone and they are asking me to pay the 2 months bills.
This is the third time i was cheated by Vodafone customer care. After I making the postpaid bill, they are ignoring to block my SIM card.
I request you to plz take the action against my request and cancel my existing postpaid bill amount and permanently block my SIM card.
