I had obtained two post paid mobile no of VI in March 22. Due to acute network problem in my area and after several complaint i applied for port for one of two post no ([protected]) and submitted the request through app to close/surrender 2nd post paid no ([protected]).
To my surprise, i started receiving calls from the month of Aug that i have not paid the bill for my one of post paid mobile no ([protected]), which i had already closed in May 22. Further, they are continuously generating bills on month on month basis and harassingly me with abusing language. I request not to call me again and again and close my no if not yet closed else i shall be forced to escalate the complaint to suitable higher level. Was this information helpful? |
