[Resolved] Vodafone — Postpaid plan changed without notice | |
Vodafone India upgraded my postpaid number plan without any notice and when I contacted their customer care they told me to use the new plan and denied any help. When I told that I don't want this plan they replied that they can't do anyyhing and I have to pay the fees. This is harassment. If this is not resolved I will try whatever I can to file a consumer complain against Vodafone for harassment and fraud. Was this information helpful? | |
