Vodafone — Postpaid sim is not getting deactivated and have to pay bill without even using the sim | |||||
The deactivation of number was already had been requested on 24th Sept, 2015 (request number :[protected] which is said(by customer care) to be deactivated on 2nd Oct 2015. The request was CLOSED without any message or calls or mails about anything on that topic. I got Bill for sept-Oct2015 which I paid. But the sim seems to be still activated. Just for the surety I raised one more request[protected] on 17th Oct 2015, Which is CLOSED. Now I got bill for Oct-Nov 2015 (Which I don't want to pay) as I have not used the sim. The customer care are not helpful. It was the problem of Vodafone service, which did not provide me with proper information and CLOSED the request saying the number will be deactivated on 2nd October and now they are forcing me to pay.
