[Resolved] Vodafone — Problems facing due too poor internet connection | |||
I am a Vodafone customer who uses your network more than 2years, from past four days I am not able to access the Internet.I need a valid reason why I am not able to use my Net Pack, I have paid money for Net pack an then too I am not getting services for which I am paying . Moreover your Customer Care People have no courtesy of picking up my call, I am not fool to call you people thousands times, Nor you people are entertaining me . Cause of your poor services I am facing problems, I am not able to access my mails. If your customer care is not to help then for what are they use off, to just sit on chairs and transfer the call from one department to other . If i don't get details of why my Internet is not working, I won;t think twice to port my number... Was this information helpful? | |||
