Dear Team,
I have been getting my monthly mobile bill of almost in 3000 to 4500 rupees, where in I have not used my internet, the same case happened in last month and when I contacted your customer care than the internet charges are waived off but same has been repeating over and again, in this month also I have levied internet charges of 3500 rupees .
Please look into this and resolve the issue, below mentioned is my customer request number for last 2 months .
1.[protected] on 14th Aug 2015 .
2.[protected] on 8th Sep 2015 .
Customer care executives are very poor .
Now they have blocked my number and also sent me a bill of 11000 .
please help help as i have only 1 number which is blocked .
