On 13th of Dec i had visited a Vodaphone store at "Plot No A67 & 68, Ground Floor, Palam Extension, Sector 7, New Delhi, Delhi - 110075", with request for issuing new prepaid SIM against my no [protected]. Store told me that i have to first take post SIM against my lost prepaid SIM and after 90 days i will be eligible for converting it to prepaid.
I had agreed and provided the required document, Aadhar verification and paid initial amount.
Since that day i am following on daily basis for activation of my SIM but no response received from customer care, i had visited 3 times to store and called multiple time to Ms Simran Kaur no [protected] also no response from store in charge Mr Sagar [protected].
The overall experience is very poor and i will definitely port my no to other service provider, once it will be activated.
Please look into the matter and do the needful activation of my SIN having no [protected].
Also take appropriate action against poor response by your customer care staff.
