Vodafone — Recharge activation not done from last 15 hours | |||||
Sir/madam Today morning i recharged with 14rupees. I thought sevice will activate with in 10mins. And i called after half an hour to customer care. They said the services will take 4hours. after 8hours i called again .they said it activated. But now i called to one of my friend. The call rate is 1rupee for min charged. Upto now 15 hours completed. I am very upset of this type of service. And who will response of my lost for call rate of 1ruppee for min. Totally i lost 21rupees of your poor and lie words. I am using vodafone network from last 7 years. But i am very unhappy. Why u people are unable to connect call. I need my service as soon as possible. And you have to pay my lost balance.
