Dear sir, I have purchased 30 Rupees Recharge card, while scratching PIN no. was damaged. i contacted to customer care Vodafone executive advised me to visit nearest store to solve the problem. when visit the store the executive told the we cannot do any thing call to customer care again and return the card to dealer when you purchased.
