Vodafone — Recharge vodafone prepaid no. [protected] to reduce call rates | |||
Sir/Madam, I recharged my mobile telephone no. [protected] on 28/09/2015 to reduce the call rates as per the vodafone message received at my mobile no. i.e. Rs. 18+7 for the validity of 56 days. I received the confirmation for 28 days validity on the same day but the confirmation for the double validity i could not receive for which i recharged for Rs. 7. I contacted to vodafone customer care for the same and i was assured that the validity will be automatically extended before completion of 28days. Now that validity has not been extended . When i contacted to customer care he suggested me to recharge again which is contrary to their message and assurance. For verification call records with customer care may be referred. I request to refund excess deduction during recent calls and extend validity because i followed the all contents of message and even verified from recharge shop and customer care.
