Vodafone — Repeat complaint no.1

I ported my Vodafone number to Airtel on 3rd of Feb due to a billing issue that I was facing in Vodafone even after clearing all the outstanding amounts.

Vodafone charged me extra in Jan and barred my network connection for the unbilled amount that was fluctuating constantly. This was not the first time they have charged me saying that I have used extra internet. Later I contacted Vodafone customer care and made sure that the amount under unbilled is a complete fraud as I was facing network issue since October and I have also placed numerous complaints regarding the issue through calls and Vi app (but it was not resolved). The plan I was using had an option of "200GB data rollover" but none of these facilities were provided. They kept on saying that I was the one who used it so I have to make the payment. In this place, I can assure you that the usage of my internet connection was the same throughout the year without any fluctuations but Vodafone has charged me mentioning that the unbilled payment is only due to MY USAGE even though I had network issue and barred connections.
So I asked them about porting and they helped me with getting OTP for it. I did ask them about the unbilled amount if I will face any issue regarding that, but two of their executives confirmed to me that I won't have to make the payment if i am changing the network and did not even update me that the payment is a must even though I change network before OTP day limit. So as they said I got the OTP and for that one week I did not have any internet connection (as it was barred) and placed the port request to airtel on 1st of Feb and the port was confirmed on the 3rd of Feb.
For that whole month, I did not get any intimation regarding this issue. But around March, I started getting messages mentioning I have to make the outstanding payment of Rs. 2746.31 (the last amount that the executive confirmed and was shown in the Vi app during the time of issue was Rs. 2200. the bill kept on fluctuating and when asked about that the executive confirmed it is due to app isuue) I did receive many calls from Vodafone and I said the same. Since the message I was receiving was from airtel (that if the payment is not done service will be blocked) I contacted airtel and enquired about that, the customer care executive told me there are no such things and it is all good from their end and I have to contact Vodafone regarding this. And since I have changed my network I was unable to contact Vodafone customer care from my end.

Now (date 22-3-22) airtel has blocked my service at 9.03 am mentioning that I have not made the payment. Yet again I am unable to contact airtel customer care as my number is blocked.

At the current location I am in, I have neither a Vodafone service center nor an airtel service center. I did mention to the Vodafone customer executive that there is no service center in my location to solve this, they ordered me to travel to the next city if I need a resolution,

I have been using the Vodafone network for nearly a decade and the bill amount usually fluctuates between Rs.400 to Rs.500 not more than that. But they brought me to this situation twice blaming me that my usage is extra from the limit.

Kindly help me with this issue as I am unable to contact both the network care center

THIS WAS MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINT BUT GOT A CALL FROM [protected] named "customerrahul supports" but he end the call without any reply in less than 2 minutes because he was talking in Hindi which I didnt know and I requested for either local language or common language English AND HAS UPDATED AS CASE IS RESOLVED. Now whom do i even have to complaint about?
