Vodafone — report for bad behaviour with client and forcing for using postpaid plan | |||
mobile no : [protected] name: RAJAT TUTEJA i am vodafone postpaid user. i went to vodafone store of cp branch around ;3.50 pm on 10th september Wednesday. the behaviour of staff was ridiculous.the staff of the store is unresponsible in giving the proper details of the plan.i just asked them to shift my postpaid number into prepaid number and the are failed to give proper information as well unresponsive behaviour is towards clients. the were forcing me to use the postpaid plan and my work still not done yet. they treat client in a very bad manner.i hope higher authorities will look into this matter and take the prior steps against the il mannered staff.
