Vodafone — Rs.15 charges and deducted for Bcafe portal

Credit back my balance as I have not opted for any value added services. Please stop charging and deducting our balances without our consent. As always you make our balance ZERO for not using your No use services. My mistake I got my number port to Vodafone, I should port my number back to Airtel.
