Dear Consumer Forum, I am Sudip Mukhopadhyay, Last November My Mother had some serious issues regarding her health so it was impossible for me to pay my due Vodafone bills of Rs 1150 and after I had a chat with one of there executive they said ok for this. Now today i.e 9th December 2020 another executive called from this number [protected] and was charging me and my dad like anything means I was in Bathroom when she called me and my dad picked up the phone to talk to her and she was talking in such a rude manner that my dad kept the phone down, after that, I came to my dad told me all about these things and I called her up and she was talking of some legal notice against me for not paying the leftover dues and she was like trashing me from that side of the phone, she moreover told me that if I can't pay and I don't have money in my bank account then why did I take the sim. If I can't pay then, why did I take 3 Sims for me and my family? They don't know how to behave with their fellow customer I am quitting Vodafone and will be porting my Sims to Jio because no one can tolerate such rude behaviour from a company's employee.
